Check in, check out and reception hours

Guests can check in from 2:00 pm and check out by 10:00 am.
Operating hours are between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm most days. If you plan to arrive outside these times, please call ahead so we can give you our late arrival instructions.

Getting here

Our address is 650 Main Street (corner of Sinclair Street), Kangaroo Point.

There are many options to get to City Star from the airport:

Smoking policy

For the comfort of everyone staying at City Star, smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms. We do, however, allow smoking in our designated smoking areas - just talk to our friendly team for directions.

Pets

While we do not accommodate pets at City Star Lodge, we are pleased to welcome Accredited Assistance Animals as per legal requirements. Please email us a photo of the handler's card before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.

Cancellation policy

We impose a fee equivalent to one night's accommodation if you cancel within 24 hours (2pm local time) of your intended arrival date or don't show.
